Yes, we offer interest free Repair Now Pay Later with Payright. It is a simple online process either completed at our checkout, or over the phone with our customer service team.

From $50 to $20,000 payments are split between 4 to 36 bite sized fortnightly installments.

We are a QBCC registered building company and all works fall under legislative warranty for workmanship. Whereas product warranty varies depending on product purchased.

Our tradesman work Monday to Friday but can make alternative arrangements. Just contact our team at customercare@buildproecomm.com.au and they will be more than accommodating.

We have no minimum order requirement.

REFUND POLICY 

Firstly, if you need to consider a refund you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a “Thank You” Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy BuildPro eComm customers, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience, and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know….. 

  • You may cancel an order any time prior to trades attending. 
  • Refunds can take between 7-14 days to be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once BuildPro eComm  has processed your refund.
